On August 1, 2022, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR), released updated workplace posters for the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD) and the New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA). The updated posters can be found here and here, respectively. The posters are required to be displayed “in places easily visible” to those the laws protect.

The DCR also created a separate poster for places of public accommodation, such as hotels, medical offices, and stores and businesses that are open to the public. Such entities must post the NJLAD Public Accommodations poster in addition to the other posters, if applicable.

Finally, the DCR created several NJLAD posters for medical facilities as follows:

All employers in New Jersey must post the updated employer NJLAD poster. New Jersey employers with 30 or more employees, regardless of where those employees work, must post the NJFLA updated poster. Places of public accommodation and medical facilities must also post the appropriate updated poster for the facility or business.
