Kelly Gust is the founder and chief encourager at HR Full Circle. Her background is in strategic human resources, talent optimization, leadership development, assessment, performance coaching, training, and change management. Growing up in a small business, she understands the challenges many owners face in finding and keeping great talent. Her experience spans a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, supply chain, and organizations both large and small. She’s worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Hot Topic Inc, and H. D. Smith. She holds a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources. She serves as the HR Expert-in-Residence for the University of Illinois Research Park, an advisor for Innovate Springfield, and is on the board of the Women Entrepreneurs of Central Illinois and Habitat for Humanity of Sangamon County. She loves helping individuals and organizations reach their potential.
