If your email inbox sometimes feels a bit overwhelming, Focused Inbox may be just what you need.
This feature divides your inbox into two tabs — Focused and Other. Based on the emails and contacts with whom you interact the most, this feature separates your most important emails from everything else. It’s all still there and easily accessible, but the less important things are out of the way. Best of all, the more you use it, the better it gets at sorting.
You can turn Focused Inbox on and off within Outlook by going to View > View Settings > Mail > Layout.
