I am the founder of the Business Relationship Group. I provide leadership and professional development programs, coaching and mentoring for managers, teams and individuals in achieving their goals. My coaching motto is “It is not for me to tell, rather for you to discover”. My focus is in small to mid-size companies of 500 employees or less, where there usually is a shortage of customized development programs. I recently led the building of a Training and Development team for a K-12 customer. I offer consulting services in collaborating with customers on their customer experience and engagement strategies. I am a Gallup Certified -Strengths Coach and a Certified Facilitator for the 6 Types of Working Genius. My differentiation is with having 40 years of business experience I can relate as a former practitioner with the challenges management and individuals are facing and juggling. In my career I focused on business solutions improving customer productivity and efficiencies in a variety of individual, management and leadership roles. I spent 33 years with global organizations such as Oracle, IBM, and Pearson Education, along with early-stage organizations. I am a Board member on the University of Dayton Alumni Association, am the UD Alumni Community Leader in Colorado and has been a student mentor in the School of Business Administration for the past 7 years. I volunteer with The First Tee – Colorado Rocky Mountains and I frequent the Music Theatre scene with my bride of 42 years. We’re blessed with 3 children, a son-in-law and a 12 year old grandson.
