DALLAS, Texas – Klemchuk PLLC, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces two attorneys have been named as 2024 Texas Super Lawyers. Managing Partner Darin M. Klemchuk has been named to the 2024 Texas Super Lawyers list in Intellectual Property Litigation. Attorney Jim Chester has been named to the 2024 Texas Super Lawyers list in Technology law. Attorneys go through Super Lawyers’ rigorous patented process that includes nominations, independent research, peer evaluation and final selection of honorees. This marks the 17th consecutive time Darin M. Klemchuk has been selected as an honoree since 2008. Klemchuk, the Firm’s founder, focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Jim Chester has been selected as an honoree for the 12th year in a row. Chester is a technology and business attorney who represents innovation-based entrepreneurs, start-ups and privately-held companies of all sizes in a variety of industries regarding trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection, licensing & enforcement in the U.S. and abroad, and business and technology transactions. Jim graduated from Texas A&M University (Commerce) with High Honors (double-major in Economics & Political Science), received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, and his LLM from the University of Houston Law Center.
