Keep this in mind: “A book at rest is money at rest;a book in motion is money in motion!”
Remember: Your book isn’t an avocado–it doesn’t go bad! As long as you intentionally and purposefully talk about your book, it can continue to work hard for you and your business for years to come.
But only if you keep it in motion.
A few quick tips:
*Always have copies with you (and a Sharpie so you can sign and autograph them!). I keep a box of books in the trunk of my car.
*Look for opportunities to give your book to strategic partners and prospective clients.
*Consider bulk sales to organizations that align with your expertise.
*Keep being a guest on podcasts, speak in front of groups as often as you can, and be where your ideal readers hang out.
