Brian Shirken is the co-founder of Mountain Pacific Opportunity Partners, and the founder of it’s precursor, Mountain Capital Partners. Shirken, also co-founder of Columbus Pacific 25 years ago, has been involved in purchasing and redeveloping over five million square feet of retail, an 11,000 bed student housing portfolio, development of over 3,000 multifamily units, 5 assisted living projects and providing more than $200 million in mezzanine and equity capital, funding projects with an underlying value in excess of $1.4 billion.
