I’m still trying to figure out how AI, and specifically Microsoft’s CoPilot, can be useful for me. One feature I’ve found to be hugely beneficial is Intelligent Meeting Recap (IMR).
IMR frees me to listen and pay close attention to the person or people I’m speaking with — without having to worry about switching focus to take notes.
Once I enable the transcribe feature of a Teams meeting (I need to be the meeting organizer), IMR “listens” to the meeting and creates a summary, including a list of action items. I then review the notes to make sure they are accurate. (In general, I have found that to be the case.)
I know this feature is available in Zoom and other similar products. But if you are using CoPilot for other purposes, it’s nice to have everything in one place. Recommended!
